A standard Pre-War K98 dated 1937.

Waffenamt marked in many places, genuine German ww2 sling

This example has a portuguese crest on the butt also dated 1937, but this model does not match the Portuguese 4 model types purchased from Germany, these models normaly have the crest on the receiver ring as well.

Possibly intended for Portugal and diverted in to German service.

Mostsly matching and has not been refurbished, the bolt has been renumbered, the magazine floor plate & rear sight are mis matched, everything else appears to be original & matching.

The Bores Grades between Good to Very Good - With Some Loss of Brightness
